ASP LEVEL 2
ASP Level 2 electricians (Accredited Service Providers) are licensed to do contestable connection work on the network side - between the electricity distributor's network and your property. This goes beyond what a standard (/general) electrician can legally touch. ASP Level 2 jobs:
Defect Rectification - We fix Essential Energy defects flagged by the distributor.
Service Connections - Connecting a property to the grid for new builds or developments, including overhead and underground service lines.
Disconnections & Reconnections - Safely disconnecting and reconnecting power from the network, e.g. for demolitions, renovations, or upgrades.
Service Mains Upgrades - Upgrading the consumer mains and point of attachment, often needed when increasing a property's electrical load (e.g. adding three-phase power).
Overhead to Underground Conversions - Converting overhead service lines to underground.
Smart Meter Installation - A must when solar and batteries are installed
